Creating a Wellness Rebirth One Woman at a Time through Ayurveda

By Viji Natarajan

Since my earliest memories, I've known that motherhood was my calling. It was a love that overflowed in my heart and a sacrifice that my hands were ready to make. But life doesn't always go as planned. Circumstances forced me to set aside the physicality of motherhood, and I felt as though I had lost a part of myself.

Yet, life has its way of taking us on unexpected journeys. Serendipity brought me to support women on their reproductive journey, and it was through working with thousands of women that I discovered the true meaning of my life's work. I witnessed firsthand the power and beauty of motherhood, from the pain of infertility to the joy of giving birth, from the long hours of labor to the healing touch of a mother's embrace. One had to find themselves before giving birth.

It became clear to me that the world is missing something crucial - a deep reverence for the mother and the essence of motherhood. Supporting the mother means supporting everything she touches. And neglecting the mother means neglecting the very foundation of life.

As an advocate for motherhood, I'm on a mission to revolutionize the way we view birth. Giving birth isn't just a physical act but an ongoing process of bringing our best selves to life. It is to prioritize health and to realize that your health contributes to the health of future generations. To embrace this process, we must cultivate understanding, self-compassion, and nurture ourselves as we would a child. This journey provides the foundation for every other.

That's why I've dedicated my life to this mission. By supporting women on their journey to true health, inner transformation as well as motherhood, we can create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the individual. We can empower women to be the influencing factor in their children's health and well-being as their own, setting them on a path towards a better future. We can learn to value ourselves and others, and companies can become more compassionate and give back to their workforce.

It all starts with recognizing the divine nature of motherhood within ourselves. We must understand and value our own health before we can truly support others on their journey. By seeing ourselves as the divine mother and caring for ourselves in our own rebirth, we must prioritize our own health and positively influence the DNA of future generations - whether or not we give birth.

I'm passionate about supporting women on their journey, one woman at a time. I believe that by doing so, we can create a world that values and reveres the mother, and all that she represents. A world where childhood is better, mental health is improved, and where we are all empowered to live our best lives. It is my life's work, my calling, and I am honored to be a part of this journey.
